Published the first research piece: a full breakdown of Australia's car market — brand/model share, EV trends, and an interactive country-by-country import-tariff map. First real content in Research.

Second design pass: swapped the terminal-bar look for something closer to Apple's — Manrope type, translucent blurred nav, pill buttons, soft rounded surfaces.

Rebuilt the whole visual language: full-width layout, heavier type, a lot less wasted space. First pass felt too safe.

Added a to-do list to the private section. Local to this device for now — not synced across browsers yet.

News module shipped: hand-curated summaries, always linking back to the source. Starting with FC Barcelona via Varzesh3.

Locked the private section with Cloudflare Access — email one-time-PIN, not a client-side password. The right way to gate a static site.

Found the site was running off a one-time manual upload to a Cloudflare Worker, disconnected from this repo the whole time. Migrated to a real Pages project wired to GitHub — pushes deploy automatically again.
